PATIENT ADMISSION
Requirement Adhar card is mandatory during admission.
Admission Process
  • Patient reports to the Reception of the hospital.
  • Front office Executive enquires about the patient’s problems.
  • Patient is referred to the concerned Department or Doctor.
  • If admission is required, patient is sent to Emergency Department for initial assessment and admission request form.
  • Attendant takes admission request form to admission/registration counter.
  • Except emergency, admission is done only when recommended by a specialist during consultation.
BEFORE ADMISSION
Details
  • Estimated bill size.
  • Average length of stay.
  • Modes of payment accepted.
  • Documents required for cashless admission.
  • Patient safety & well-being is priority. Patient should remain within premises until discharged.
DURING HOSPITAL STAY
Care & Routine
  • Patient orientation & medical history taken by ward R.M.O.
  • Daily routine: doctor rounds, medication, meals, visiting hours, bedtime (may change due to tests/treatment).
  • Informed consent taken for all diagnostics & procedures.
  • Medical records remain confidential; only shared with patient & next-of-kin.
DISCHARGE PROCESS
Discharge Steps
  • Discharge summary certificate is provided before leaving.
  • If medical certificate is needed, inform doctor/nurse in advance.
  • Nurse hands over signed discharge summary, follow-up advice, diet & medication prescriptions.
  • Final bill prepared at billing office.
  • Interim bills informed daily, all dues must be cleared before discharge.
